Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due 90 days before the event. Early payment is accepted. All payments must be made online by major credit card. The 50% balance is due 30 days before the event. Unfortunately, failure to meet deposit or balance deadlines will result in the cancellation of your reservation. Bookings made within 30 days require full payment immediately. Automated reminders will be sent. Gratuity is not included and is optional.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits and payments are non-refundable if the bride cancels for any reason. If Last Satellite cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund, and we will assist in finding a replacement stylist. These terms are final and non-negotiable.

Client Responsibilities

Hair must be clean, dry, and free of product. Blowouts may take longer and incur an additional fee. The bride must inform the bridal party about the timing and hair preparation, and is responsible for paying all services and fees.

Additional Fees

A $28.75 fee per stylist may be charged for every 15-minute delay if the bride or any member of the bridal party starts late. Late arrivals or hair that takes longer than expected may incur this fee. Please provide a valid credit card on file to secure your booking and cover any additional charges that may incur.
