PAYMENT TERMS

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event date. Bookings made within 30 days of the event require payment in full at the time of booking. All payments must be made online by major credit card. Automated payment reminders will be sent for upcoming balances. Gratuity is not included and is optional. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of amounts previously paid.

TRIAL SERVICES

Hair and makeup trials are booked separately from wedding-day services and are not included in the Last Satellite wedding-day package pricing. Trials are booked directly with the individual artist providing the service, who will coordinate trial availability, pricing, location, payment, and other trial-related details directly with the client.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All retainers and payments made to Last Satellite are non-refundable if the bride/client cancels for any reason. If Last Satellite must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund of all payments made to Last Satellite. Last Satellite will also make reasonable efforts to assist the client in locating a suitable replacement artist, subject to availability.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

For hair services, hair must be clean, dry, and free of product unless otherwise instructed by the artist. Blowouts are not included in standard hair services and may require additional time or fees if arranged in advance. For makeup services, clients should arrive with a clean, moisturized face and no makeup unless otherwise instructed. The bride/client is responsible for communicating the wedding-day timeline and preparation requirements to all members of the bridal party and ensuring that everyone is available and ready for their scheduled service.

WEDDING DAY TIMELINE

Our standard wedding-day service window begins at 8 AM. Services are scheduled based on the number and type of services booked, the number of artists, and your required ready-by time. Last Satellite does not offer wedding-day service start times before 8 AM. Please ensure all members of the bridal party are available and prepared for their scheduled services. Last-minute changes, additional services, or requests that extend beyond the agreed-upon timeline may not be able to be accommodated and may be subject to additional fees and artist availability. Touch-ups or services requested after the scheduled service window are not included unless arranged in advance and may be subject to an additional fee and artist availability. Artists are not required to remain on-site beyond the agreed-upon service window.

ON-SITE TRAVEL

On-site travel fees start at $125 per artist. Standard travel is included in our collections; additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area. The bride/client is responsible for any applicable parking fees, tolls, or other travel-related expenses incurred by Last Satellite artists.

ADDITIONAL TIME & SERVICES

Requests for additional services or time beyond the agreed-upon booking may be accommodated based on the artist’s availability. Additional time is billed at $125 per hour, per artist, and may be charged in 30-minute increments. Additional time must be approved by Last Satellite and will be charged upon completion of services to the credit card on file. Additional services requested on the wedding day are subject to the artist’s availability and may incur additional fees.

LIABILITY

Last Satellite and its artists are not responsible for delays or missed services resulting from circumstances outside of our control, including venue restrictions, traffic, weather, power outages, emergencies, or delays caused by the bride/client or members of the bridal party. The bride/client and bridal party are responsible for disclosing known allergies or sensitivities before services. Last Satellite and its artists are not responsible for reactions or adverse effects when relevant information has not been disclosed. Last Satellite is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to or left at the service location.
