BRIDAL RATES FAQ
HOW DOES DEPOSIT & PAYMENT WORK?
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding.
WHAT IF I DECIDE TO CANCEL?
You can cancel your services at any time; however, your deposit and any payments made to Last Satellite are non-refundable. These terms are final and non-negotiable.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Kate works full-time at Milk + Honey on South Lamar; however, we will need to be on-site at the venue or nearby for the wedding date.
DO YOU REQUIRE A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF SERVICES?
Yes, we require a minimum total of $750 to reserve the wedding date.
DO YOU HAVE A TRAVEL FEE?
We charge a travel fee per hairstylist or makeup artist for all on-site reservations, based on the time and distance. The total will be included in your estimate and invoice.
HOW SHOULD WE PREPARE FOR MY WEDDING DAY?
The bride and bridal party should arrive with clean, dry hair. Blowouts are not included.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Bring any hair accessories, such as clip-in extensions, veils, jewelry, or flowers, if you plan to wear them on your wedding day.
HOW LONG DOES EACH SERVICE NORMALLY TAKE?
Hair services typically take 1 hour, depending on hair length, thickness, and style complexity.
