BRIDAL RATES FAQ
HOW DOES DEPOSIT & PAYMENT WORK?
Bridal service reservations for your wedding day require a non-refundable deposit of half the estimated amount, which is due 90 days before the wedding date. We will send an invoice to your email, and you can pay via our secure online booking system using a major credit card. The final payment is due 30 days before the event. The total amount is due immediately if your event is within 30 days. Any changes or additions on the day will be due at the end of service.
WHAT IF I DECIDE TO CANCEL?
You can cancel your services at any time; however, your deposit and any payments made to Last Satellite are non-refundable. These terms are final and non-negotiable.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Kate works full-time at Milk + Honey on South Lamar; however, we will need to be on-site at the venue or nearby for the wedding date.
DO YOU REQUIRE A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF SERVICES?
Yes, we require a minimum total of $690 to reserve the wedding date, which includes six services.
DO YOU HAVE A TRAVEL FEE?
We charge a travel fee per hairstylist or makeup artist for all on-site reservations, based on the time and distance. The total will be included in your estimate and invoice.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY WEDDING DAY HAIR & MAKEUP?
The bride and bridal party should arrive with clean, dry hair and fresh, moisturized skin. Blowouts are not included.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Bring any hair accessories, such as clip-in extensions, veils, jewelry, or flowers, if you plan to wear them on your wedding day.
HOW LONG DOES EACH SERVICE NORMALLY TAKE?
Hair services typically take 1 hour, depending on hair length, thickness, and the complexity of the style. Makeup services usually take 1 hour, depending on skin texture and the complexity of the desired application.
